He has worked as a general manager, facilities manager, divisional director of engineering, and other positions including operations management. In the fields of buying management, capital expansion, property management, and employee enrichment initiatives, he has built and led productive teams. Tim has always looked to the community for ways his business may impact and help, and he also believes in giving back. His co-development of the school-to-work program in the Dane County area, which offers technical education to less privileged youngsters, is one such award-winning achievement.
