In 1985, David Wolfe Design was founded as a company that designed plastic injection moulds. Since then, the business has expanded and diversified into numerous industries. In 1990, David Wolfe Design relocated to bigger premises where it now offers 3D surfacing, programming, and specially crafted mould and insert machining. In 1997, the business relocated to its current 15,000 square foot location and added model and pattern services.

Budde Sheet Metal, a forerunner of the area's traditions in high-quality sheet metal work, has been in business for almost a century, serving sectors like aerospace, automotive, construction, defense, and food processing.

Budde Sheet Metal's facility has moved about throughout the years, finally settling in the 1950s on Leo Street. All three of Leo's kids and his brother joined the family firm and contributed significantly to its success. Later, Leo's nephew and grandsons joined the family company.
