The privately held Solutions Manufacturing, Inc. was established in 1994 and then incorporated in 1998. Customer satisfaction with quality, competitiveness, and on-time delivery has been key to our growth and success.

Concerning Solutions

Scott Stay Sr. launched SRS, a family-owned job shop, in 1996 when he was 35 years old. In New Baltimore, Michigan, Scott began operations in a 2,200 square foot building with just 1 CNC lathe and 1 Bridgeport. In 1999, SRS exceeded its fundamental roots and necessitated expansion as a result of years of arduous work and dedication. Scott later relocated to a 5,500 sq. Location of a building in Chesterfield, Michigan. SRS maintained its success while expanding its clientele and equipment. While the work kept expanding, SRS would need yet another move in 2005 to serve its clientele. A 13,000 square foot building in Clinton Township, Michigan is now home to SRS. 

The 2023 SRS is equipped with nine CNC lathes and nine CNC mills.

WPP oversees your project in our cutting-edge, 48,000 square foot production facility in the Portland, Oregon metro area, from prototype to production. 

Weldall started out small but has since continued to grow. In 1973, Dave Bahl began working in a rental space that was smaller than one of our modern machined surface, fit-up tables after acquiring a welder through a lease/purchase arrangement. Five more employees had joined the company and that initial space had outgrown itself within a year. We eventually arrived at our current position through a process of growth and expansion.

Our 2001 S. Our 13.75-acre property in Waukesha's Prairie location is set up for much more potential growth. Utilizing some of that foresight, the business finished a 76,000 square foot extension in 2011 to bring the total under roof up to 220,000 square feet.

Meaden Precision has been producing high-quality, precisely machined parts out of various metals and polymers since 1939. We still manufacture in the Chicagoland region, but we serve customers all around the world.

Our equipment includes Davenport Machines, Eurotech CNCs, Mori Seiki, Citizens, and several Wickman spindles. We most recently added a Brother CNC Milling Machine, a Wickman ACW 6-44-CNC, and another Citizen L20.

Our engineering department has four engineers with a combined 80 years of expertise who can help clients with any design issues or concerns. To make sure that all possibilities are taken into account that will have an influence on cost, quality, and dependability, our engineers will be pleased to collaborate with your engineering department.

Radius helps customers design, manufacture and assemble components made from rubber, plastic and metals. We do this through two primary areas of service: Design & Engineering Services and Manufacturing Solutions.
