At TVT, we value flawless quality. We specialise in high pressure die cast components comprised of aluminium and zinc. You, the customer, are our top priority. At TVT, every component is made to order and finished with powder coating, wet painting, electroplating, and/or anodizing. Precision machining, vibratory deburring, and anodizing are other options.

A304.1, A360.1, A369.1, A380.1, A384, and A518.1 are among the six various aluminium alloys that we pour. In addition, we pour four different zinc alloys: #3 zinc (Zamak 3), ZA-8, ZA-12, and ZA-27.

Niltronix Circuits was established in 1982 with the intention of offering oil & gas and industrial customers high-quality rapid turn, prototype, and production printed circuits with on-time delivery. We have increased our product selection over time in response to our customers' increasing desire for a Total Turnkey provider.

With more than 39 years of experience in the production of printed circuit boards, as well as cable and box build assemblies, as well as testing capabilities at our facilities, including but not limited to burn-in, full functional, temperature cycling, shock & vibration, and environmental testing. Our 24,000 square foot facility in West Houston also provides conformal coating, potting, programming, and staking, with a focus on high temperature and high reliability assemblies.

Full In-House Engineering and Design - Using cutting edge computer assisted design (CAD) tools, we assist with part and tooling designs.

Highest Quality Control Standards - Our Inspection Department uses Statistical Process Control and the finest measuring equipment (SPC). All dimensional standards are met or exceeded by us. Every instrument has been calibrated and can be tracked.

We produce electrical enclosures, mounting hardware, and other parts using custom sheet metal and CNC machining. We begin by building them from your design, and there is no minimum purchase quantity. Your choice of aluminum, copper, steel, stainless, or galvanised is used to build the product, and it is completely finished with fasteners, hardware, welding, powdercoating, and silkscreen.
