The company Three R Plastics Inc. was founded more than thirty years ago. The company's founder, Michael, worked as a tool room foreman for one of the best tool and die companies in the Midwest, which also had an injection molding factory on-site. He had the opportunity to see the plastics industry from both the production and tooling perspectives. The original idea when we first began was to concentrate entirely on injection molding, but as we've discovered, even if we make plans, reality has a way of changing them. Our first client mentioned that if we created the mold for them, we would be molding their parts.
