Mike served two tours as a U.S. Army Paratrooper after starting his career as a Bridgeport operator. He worked for Fortune 100 companies for almost 20 years after receiving his engineering degree, creating and patenting products for the communication and aviation sectors. Mike, who is now the President and concentrates his time on sales and customer relations, has experience in design, prototyping, and manufacturing. At the age of sixteen, Adam began working on injection molding machines and assembly for Spectrum Custom Molds & Manufacturing, Inc. He soon demonstrated proficiency in configuring and programming CNC mills, lathes, and injection molding machines for high-volume production or mold work with high tolerance.
