North State Fastener, Inc. is a family-run business that was founded in 1972 by Al Hubbard. Gordon Hubbard, the third generation to enter the fastener sector, succeeded his father as CEO in 1984 with the assistance of his wife, Alison. Following Gordon's death in 2014, Alison and their son David are now in charge of the business. North State Fastener, Inc. began by providing fasteners to the OEM market in Northern California's Silicon Valley. Since then, the company has grown to export electronic hardware and fasteners both domestically and internationally.
