Founded in 1975, Jefferson Rubber Works, Inc. (JRW) originated in the small town of Jefferson, located in Worcester County, Massachusetts. In 1988, the company finally outgrew its base at Jefferson Mill and relocated approximately ten miles into Worcester, where it established itself in a modern production facility specifically designed for its operations and measuring 35,000 square feet. While the latest technology in custom injection molding equipment was introduced, JRW’s staff—who are experienced and highly qualified—successfully completed a transfer to the new plant. They expanded their thermoplastic injection molding capabilities and reduced customer delivery lead times by purchasing a new “state of the art” 300-ton Powerjet Injection Molder in 2015.
