Founded in 2005 by Les and Randy Wood, Gaskets, O-Rings, and Rubber Inc. (GOR Inc.) has grown from a small family-run operation into a trusted manufacturer with more than 22,000 square feet of production space. Built on decades of industry expertise, the company specializes in high-quality gasket, O-ring, and rubber solutions while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service and craftsmanship. Les Wood began his career in the gasket industry by founding Gardico in Seattle before relocating to Montana in the 1980s. Meanwhile, Randy Wood developed extensive experience working with several gasket companies throughout Seattle and Spokane. In 2004, the father-and-son team combined their knowledge and vision to establish GOR Inc., launching the business from a small pizza shop facility in Plains, Montana. What started with only three employees has expanded into a skilled team of nearly 20 professionals with diverse backgrounds in industries including construction, logging, woodworking, flooring, ministry, and forestry. This broad experience contributes to the company’s practical problem-solving approach and manufacturing expertise. Today, under Randy Wood’s leadership, GOR Inc. continues to build on more than a century of combined gasket industry experience.
