Built in 1948 by Edwin Sauey and his father in Phillips, Wisconsin, this pioneering machine was later relocated to Bruce, Wisconsin, where it began producing parts for Flambeau Corporation. Its first job? Molding frog-shaped bodies for the original Halik Frog fishing bait, sold by our founder, W.R. Sauey.
