Four partners established Circuit Logic on March 9, 1989, with the goal of supplying the nascent electronics sector with printed circuit boards of the highest caliber. These four individuals developed a brief mission statement based on the three fundamental needs of their clients: precisely tailored boards delivered on schedule at a cost within their means.

They were aware that the rapid advancement of technology would force Circuit Logic to stay up to date with the newest hardware and software, and that management would have to constantly broaden their understanding of what the needs of the industry were.
