C&C Sheet Metal, LLC was founded in 1969 by Collins & Campbell and has built a strong reputation for quality and reliability over the decades. In 1999, the company was acquired by Keith and Cindy Trimpe. At that time, operations were based in a single building that housed both the shop and office, supported by a small but dedicated team. The company experienced steady growth, and in 2007, C&C expanded by acquiring an adjacent building. This allowed for the relocation of the shop and more than doubled both production capacity and storage space. In 2010, C&C introduced a new logo and embraced a forward-thinking business philosophy, positioning itself as a green HVAC provider committed to sustainable practices. Later that year, the company faced a significant loss with the passing of Keith Trimpe after his battle with kidney cancer. Cindy Trimpe assumed the role of President and has since led the company with strength and vision. Under her leadership, C&C has become a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), recognized by the State of Indiana and the City of Indianapolis. Today, C&C Sheet Metal continues to grow, employing over 40 skilled professionals and earning recognition as a leading sheet metal contractor in Central Indiana.
