Arrow was founded by Fred J. Cirocki and incorporated in January 1976 in Denver, Colorado, where the company remains headquartered today. A master metals craftsman, Fred served as President until 1997, establishing a legacy of precision and quality in metal fabrication. In 1997, leadership passed to Fred’s daughter, Susan Cirocki, who had been deeply involved with Arrow Sheet Metal throughout her life. Under her guidance, the company continued to thrive while she also held prominent industry roles, including President of the Rocky Mountain Tinmen’s Association (RMTMA) and participation in the NTMA Next Generation Team. Susan was recognized in the Vistage International Regional Brochure for Colorado, was a longtime Vistage member, and was named 2002 Business Person of the Year by The West Chamber serving Jefferson County. In 2020, Susan entrusted Arrow’s leadership to long-time employee Chad Orenstein, who now serves as President, continuing the company’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and trusted service in metal fabrication.
